Every day is nothing but celebration if you find the right partner for life! But that should not be an excuse ‘not to celebrate that special day the way you want’. Wedding vows which are honored by both the partners result in happy marriages and anniversary days are simple reminder of that special time when two people vowed to be with each other. Anniversary gifts or wishes are meaningless before true love but they surely break the monotony. After all wedding anniversary is exclusively your personal Valentine day! Here are some pictures from my two day anniversary celebrations.

The birthday cake for both of us which is little smashed already but either way it is not just any poster celebration and these things happen. Though the freshly baked customized Chocolate-vanilla-Coffee cake was super yummy.

No crystal glassware can compete even minutely close to these silver polished retro flutes for our very own fruit Champagne. Only coz we don’t take alcoholic drinks!

The best one is here and husband kept a lovely anniversary wish in the sun glass case. One pair of cool round shades by Tommy Hilfiger. By the way you should know that reflective aviators are things of past and round is new chic.

Next day on 1st July 2017 we decided for a cruise dinner but had to cancel at last moments because of heavy rains in Guwahati. And that is the problem of getting married in monsoons. The beaches are all tides,the mountains are all slides and resp places are damp and swampy. Basically you can not plan out. But yes the good thing about July is most sales happen at this time of the year.

So we went to a multi cuisine restaurant Bellini in Bhanergarh, Guwahati main market which is a superb high end restaurant serving from continental to Thai to Mexican food there. And they do have a well stocked bar too.

I enjoyed Pina Colada mocktail before ordering broccoli and corn Veg Au gratin. they served it with garlic bread and cheese just melted in the mouth leaving a lingering taste on the taste buds.

And here is that one picture from our Honeymoon days just after 4 days of our marriage where we must be working on our couple goals. I don’t really remember. Hehe!
