Benefits of Drinking Water

My number 1 top beauty tip/hack is WATER!!! You know those people that are super fussy with food and will only eat junk food, don’t like salads and more or less live off of chocolate? yes? Well, I am one of those people.

I am really not proud of my diet and am jealous of people that love eating healthy but my taste buds do not allow it. BUT, that is another challenge that i am trying to get over. Due to my unhealthy diet and lack of Drinking water (and by this I mean I would go a whole day without drinking a glass of water) this lead to my skin looking TERRIBLE. I was so self conscious about this and every skincare product that I used and did not clear my skin completely then I would blame it on that product and think it was useless.

When people used to tell me that drinking water would clear my skin I honestly used to just think they were talking a load of rubbish and used to think “how can water clear my skin, it has got nothing to do with it”……WRONG!!! I decided to give it a go after trying so much and almost every skincare product (OK, maybe not every skincare product) I decided to give it a go and see what would happen.

Every day for the last week I have made sure that I have been consuming 4 pints of water and all I can say is Oh My God. I practically got instant results. I noticed that my skin was not looking as red and inflamed, I was feeling way more motivated in every aspect of life, also my physical state was improving and I could not believe that that all of this amazing change was from just drinking water.

The reason I am sharing this is because I realise how some of you are feeling and how you are probably thinking that water cannot do that much improvement, BUT IT CAN.
