You’re in that moment – everything becomes clear.

You start to see things for what they really are.

You realize that what you’ve always truly wanted,

has been right in front of you this entire time.

And then, the obvious question comes into your head-

How did you not see that before?

You start to think. You think a lot.

Until you find a reason to blame yourself.

You believe that you could’ve done better.

That you probably didn’t give it your all.

That you didn’t fight hard enough.

Or maybe got distracted by something.

How could you have lost sight of your goal?

After all, you always followed the plan that you made.

But you should know that it wasn’t you.

In fact , it was me – Life.

Love, happiness and success

I saw you dream about all those things

And made sure that they came your way.

Just not how you had imagined them to be.

Because I wanted you to learn.

That the world’s this twisted place.

Where you need to rise above and move on

No matter how much it hurts

Or what you face

And I know that it wasn’t easy for you.

Believe me, I saw those tears that you tried to hide.

And even though you hated me back then

I stood there, right by your side

You kept asking me why I was so tough on you.

And told me that I was unfair.

You said that you wanted to give up.

And walk away, to somewhere.

I never answered.

Even though I really wanted to.

Because time stopped me –

I had to wait.

Till you reached to the point

Where you’re standing now.

And now that you’re here at last,

My silence finally breaks –

I spotted you, when we first met.

When you held my hand,

And took your first step.

You fell. But you would always get back up.

And I knew, right then.

That you were a diamond in making.

So here’s the truth –

I will always choose you.

So forgive me if I’m hard on you sometimes.

And know that it’s because you’re special to me.

Because I know that you have what it takes.

To become fierce and relentless.

Passionate, grateful and kind

Because I think you’re amazing

And Superheroes like you

Are hard to find….
