Last week, during the blizzard, after enjoying her neighbor’s homemade blizzard doughnuts, Karyn created her own recipe for Pecan Pumpkin Muffins that is her is version of the classic Weight Watcher Pumpkin Muffins. She found the Weight Watchers recipe to be a bit heavy and blah, but then she obviously follow Weight Watchers either, ha!
Pecan Pumpkin Muffins Recipe
Pecan Pumpkin Muffins Ingredients
- 1 box of Butter Pecan cake mix
- 1 can of Libby’s Pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 of pecans chopped
Pecan Pumpkin Muffins Directions
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Karyn’s whole family loved them!
