DoodleBug Busy Bags February 2018 Children’s Subscription Review

February 2018 DoodleBug Busy Bags review time!

If you’re new to them, Doodlebug Busy Bags is a fun subscription for little ones from Kidable Adventures (the company behind Little Thinker Box). Bags are aimed at children ages 3 through 9 and contain all of the materials needed to complete 4 to 8 fun crafts. Each bag will focus on a different theme, often relating to upcoming holidays or seasons.

Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.

Monthly subscriptions are $15.99 and include free shipping.

Let’s see what’s in the February 2018 DoodleBug Busy Bag!

As always, all of the crafts were shipped in a padded envelope and sealed in a ziplock bag.

All of the crafts were listed on info sheet, along with photos and tips on how to complete each one. — February’s theme was “Valentine’s Day” and included a collection of love-inspired projects.

Clothespin Love Bug Craft Kit

A sweet little “love bug” craft that could be assembled by simply placing the self-adhesive foam shapes onto the included clothespin as shown on the instruction sheet. A magnet was also provided to place on the back for hanging the finished creation on your fridge.

Decorating the bug’s wings with tiny black hearts.

The clothespin was a little warped/worn, but we were still happy with our new lil’ love bug friend. 🙂

Foam Valentine Bear Wreath Craft Kit

A bear-y festive wreath craft for your child to complete and hang in your home for Valentines’ Day. All of the foam pieces are self-adhesive for super easy assembly.

Placing the paws.

All done!

Conversation Heart “XO” Sign Craft Kit

Another easy peel & stick project featuring “conversation hearts” in various colors. Again, just peel away the backing of each sticker and place it on the “XO” sign.

Finishing up.

So many hearts!

Valentine Glitter Mosaic Sign Craft

My girls both LOVE doing these glitter mosaic crafts. I could do without the sea of glitter everywhere while they work on them, but I’m learning to just deal. 😉

Almost done…

So colorful!

February’s bag also came with a bunch of love-themed stationery and stickers!

A sheet of Rainbow Heart Stickers and larger Pastel/Metallic Heart Stickers.

Emoji Stickers and 2 more Heart Sticker Sheets.

Heart Pen, Heart-Shaped Spiral Notepad, and Mini 2-Sided Heart Stamper. My girls LOVED the stamper and already used up most of the ink. 🙂

Another great collection of crafts and stationery items from DoodleBug Busy Bags! The holiday themed bags are always our favorites and this was no exception.  — If you’re interested in subscribing, upcoming themes include “Easter” (March) and “Spring” (April).

What do the stars mean?

= Crummy ★★ = Just Okay ★★★ = Good ★★★★ = Awesome ★★★★★ = Extraordinarily Awesome
