FabFitFun Spring 2017 Subscription Box Review & Coupon Code

My Spring 2017 FabFitFun box has (finally) arrived!

If you’re new to them, FabFitFun is a lifestyle subscription box that sends you a fun assortment of beauty, fitness, and style products on a quarterly basis. New boxes are released every season and will contain a collection of full-sized products handpicked by the FabFitFun team. Items can include a mix of beauty, fashion, fitness, wellness, home products, and more. Each box is guaranteed to have a value of at least $200 in products!

Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.

Subscriptions are $49.99/quarter or $179 annually. Shipping is free. — For a limited time, you can save $10 on your first box (making your box just $39.99!) with coupon code “FLOWERS10“.

Let’s see what’s in the Spring 2017 FabFitFun box!

The pretty purple Spring box!

A peek inside.

A full-color booklet/mini mag provided details on all of the items included in the Spring 2017 FabFitFun box, along with brand interviews, a picnic essentials list, and more.

Gypsy 05 Roundie ($50)

I believe this was the first spoiler FabFitFun released for their Spring box and I was immediately excited. I’ve been wanting one of these “roundies” for a while and was hoping it would pop up in a subscription box again (I had missed out a few times in the past). Subscribers could have received one of three different prints, with Select (annual) members being able to choose their fave. I went with this summery pastel print and I love it. It’s a lot thinner than I thought it would be, but it measures a huge 62.5 inches in diameter which is a great size. You can use it as a beach towel, picnic blanket, bed cover, or even a cover-up to help keep you warm on cool summer nights. (Note: Bottom photo borrowed from Google Image Search. )

RealHer Lip Kit in Deep Nude ($48)

This 3-piece lip kit includes a liquid lipstick, plumping lip gloss, and lip liner. Subscribers were able to choose from Deep Nude (this shade), Deep Red, or Neutral Pink. I was kinda hoping Deep Nude would look a little… less deep in person, but no such luck. It’s still a pretty shade though, just not for me.

Milly Zip Pouch ($45)

Do people seriously pay $45 for a zippered pouch? I don’t know who these people are, but damn… Anywhooo… this water-resistant bag measures 10 1/4″ x 8″ and features the phrase “Beach Please” on the front and the name of the company (Milly) on the back. You can use it to hold wet bathing suits or as a cosmetic bag for your liquid beauty products. (Zip lock bags will do the same job, but ya know, fashion. )

Emerald DUV “Joshua Tree” Cage Bracelet ($80)

All subscribers were able to choose whether they wanted a bracelet or earrings in their Spring box. A few details were given on each piece, but they were still to remain a mystery until the box showed up. Since I no longer have pierced ears, I went for the bracelet option and received the cage bracelet shown above. The handcrafted piece features a lightweight design which was inspired by the distinctive nature of the West Coast. I actually like it more than I thought I would, but am still undecided whether or not I’ll keep it for myself.

Karuna Hydrating+ Face Masks ($28)

These sheet masks are made of 100% natural wood pulp fiber and are infused with moisturizing ingredients that promote elasticity and improve hydration by 40% after a single use. They’re also dye-free and paraben-free.

Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Age Defying Exfoliator ($79)

I’ve heard so many good things about this exfoliator and am super tempted to try it, buuut my skin is ridiculously sensitive & I’m afraid it’ll just irritate it. The formula contains aluminum oxide crystals, lactic acid, and smoothing botanicals that work together to reveal brighter, healthy looking skin.

Briogeo Rosarco Milk Reparative Leave-In Conditioning Spray ($20)

This ultra-lightweight leave-in conditioning spray is fortified with a blend of nourishing rose hip, argan, and coconut oils. It’s designed to protect your hair from heat while improving its softness, strength, and moisture levels. The formula is vegan/cruelty-free and contains no sulfates, silicones, or parabens.

Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish Set in Shape of My Heart/Like a Virgin ($19)

Subscribers received the set above or another duo with a light blue shade in place of the pink. I was kinda hoping for the blue version, but this one’s nice too. I’m always happy to get more polishes.

Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies (~$5)

This wasn’t listed in the info booklet, so I’m guessing it was a sponsored/bonus item. The strawberry flavored gummies are made with Vitamins E & C and biotin to support strong nails, healthy hair, and vibrant skin. Since they contain gelatin, I’ll be passing them along to someone who can actually use them.

Another jam-packed box from FabFitFun! My favorite items this season were the Gypsy Roundie, Deborah Lippmann polish duo, and Briogeo Conditioning Spray (for my crazy-haired kiddos). The total retail value of this box was over $350!   Remember — if you’d like to sign up for FabFitFun, you can save $10 on your first box (making your box just $39.99!) with coupon code “FLOWERS10“!
