Dear lord, this heat! I Love the Summer, but unfortunately my body does not agree. I have a medical issue or two that cause me to pass out pretty frequently and extreme heat tends to trigger it sometimes. I normally avoid outdoor concerts because of that but I threw caution to the wind last week and took a chance. Let me tell you, I will not be doing that again! One second I'm in the pit at the Blink182 concert and the next I'm slung over my husbands shoulder. Good times... Embarrassing times... At least my makeup stayed put and I didn't look as bad as I felt... Thank god for amazing products from my Wantable Makeup collection!
Wantable, who kindly sent me this box for Review, is without question my favorite subscription service. They offer a wide range of boxes to choose from: Accessories, Intimates and Makeup (They also offer a fabulous style and fitness edit but they don't work like the three I just mentioned). Each of the three traditional subscriptions costs $40 a month and you will generally receive 4-5 items. Their return policy is absoloutly fabulous as well. You may return items you don't like and receive a partial refund or return them all for a full refund with no questions asked. Love everything in your box? If you keep all the items you'll receive a $4 credit to put towards your next box.
I will forever love how customizable Wantable subscriptions are. You can tweak your settings at any time to fit your needs. I mix mine up seasonally as trends and colors change.
Oooooh! I see a couple of things that I'm really really excited to try out!
EMMA Eye Shadow --- this is a gorgeous light khaki green color that's perfect for daytime looks. And it's made with natural mineral pigments for long lasting color.
SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayon in 'Mary Poppins' --- I adore the Sugar brand and holy crap do I love this lip crayon! The color is bright and highly pigmented and it is so so gorgeous on!
Calma Terra French Pink Complexion Clay --- Yay! I love masks! Made with nourishing French Pink and Moroccan Rhassoul clays combined with Antioxidant Rich rosehip and calming clary sage to repair and soothe dry or sensitive skin.
29 Cosmetics Grape Seed Age Protecting Lip Gloss in 'Champagne' --- A nice subtle color. It's a long-lasting, antioxidant rich gloss with Grape Seed extract to nourish and protect your lips from environmental pollutants and free radicals. It keeps your lips smooth and moisturize for a younger looking pout!
This is my favorite Wantable Makeup box in the last few months. I actually really love all the products and they all suit my skin nicely. I hope next month's box will be just as fabulous!
