Blog Tour Feature: M.K. Dawn’s Dusk of Humanity!

Hi, readers!  We have a real treat in store for you today, a spotlight on a Book by M.K. Dawn, a talented author!

M.K., an author I met on my journey, has a blog tour running right now.

Let's check out the details, shall we?

Dusk of Humanity, The Decay of Humanity Series, Book 1:

An asteroid brought about the destruction of the world…in a way no one thought possible.

After the death of her parents, Sloan Egan left their Montana ranch determined to make a difference in the world. Now a prominent surgeon with an exceptional career in her future, life has turned out exactly as she expected. Until a government summons arrives with an order to report to Fort Hood for a top-secret weekend retreat.

Major Lee Archer’s reassignment as head of military operations at The Bunker felt more like a prison sentence than a promotion. To make matters worse, he’s been assigned to babysitting detail, as a group of the country’s most brilliant young minds come together to test the vitality of the cutting-edge fallout shelter he commands.

But the retreat was nothing more than a ploy. One devised to safeguard the future of humanity, as a catastrophic event renders the world above uninhabitable.

Or so they’ve been led to believe.

Those in charge have a secret. One so horrifying they would do anything to keep it concealed. Because what lurks beyond The Bunker is deadlier than anyone could have ever imagined.

And it’s only a matter of time before it finds a way in.

Genre:  Sci-Fi Thriller, Horror

Wow! Congratulations on your book tour!

So, what are readers saying about this title?

☆☆

"Fun read...lots of action. Archer and Sloan are likable heroes and the fast paced plot keeps you turning pages. Looking forward to reading the next installment." - Helenbk1, Amazon

☆☆

"Nearing the end of their weekend locked down 'testing' the fall out shelter and supposedly rating it for improvement they are told an astroid hit earth and they can not return to the surface. 2000 of the country's brightest and best in their field all in The Bunker. The story takes you through what happens in this post apocalyptic world. The people who created and invested in The Bunker have secrets they hope no one ever discovers.

I loved the characters and how they handled all that is thrown at them. This book kept me turning the pages as I wanted to know what happens. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
" - Wendy Ragan, Amazon

☆☆

"I really loved the concept of this story. It is one of those sci-fi/horror novels that does a fantastic job keeping you on the edge of your seat. I read this in one sitting because I couldn’t wait to see what happened next! I think the plot was unique, and fast paced, and I’m looking forward to more.

I really love the characters. Everyone is super well rounded, and realistic. I found them strong, with purpose, and I think that is super important in a novel. I’ve always said a book can be lacking in plot (which, this isn’t), but if it’s lacking in characters it is more likely to lose me. This isn’t the case with Dusk of Humanity.

M.K. Dawn has a ton of talent, and I am very much looking forward to reading more of her stories!
" - Jessica Rachow, Amazon

"Fantastic read.
I will start right off and say I loved this book! I met M.K. Dawn recently at the Love Of Books Author event in Austin. This was the only apocalyptic book I found at the entire event so I had to buy it! I love ' zombie(ish)' stories and this one does not disappoint. Very well written. Excellent character development." - L. Liberty, Amazon
