Since people nowadays spend more time on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter, Google has launched its newest social network called Google+ to battle Facebook in the fast-growing social networking market and to maintain its dominance on the Web.

Exciting Features of Google+

Google+ is structured similar   to Facebook. However, Google+ allow its users to group their friends into specific circles like  friends, family, classmates, co-workers and other custom groups  unlike the common group of friends typical on Facebook. They can even share photos, videos or other information only within those groups.

This feature helps you find interesting content based on interest. It relies on information from other Google products as well as what is being shared via Google+. The goal is to make it simple for users to explore their interests and share what they find with their friends. Google+ is attempting to become the one-stop shop not only for sharing content, but for finding it as well.

Photo and Video Chat

In Google+ photo tab, it takes user to all of the photos he or she has shared, as well as the ones he or she is tagged in.  Google+ includes an image editor complete with Instagram-like photo effects, privacy options and sharing features.

Google+ also has another feature called Hangouts, a virtual room where you can video chat with people in your circles.

There will also be loads of application that will be available on your mobile phone for Google+. Another exciting feature to look forward to is the auto-upload feature. Any photo or video you take on your phone through Google+ will automatically be uploaded to your computer, ready to share.
