This Twitter application allows notifying your friends,when you post a photo on Flickr,just by adding the phototag autopostr,or simply adding # before the title of the photo.

Autopostr.com is in the beta phase,but as of now it has closed the beta invites,but wait..as reported in their site,invites will be available soon.
