Neem leaf - Neem leaf regulates diabetes because it contains antidiabetic property. You chew 8-10 fresh leaves in the morning empty stomach. In addition, you take the juice of leaves and drink it in the morning. Diabetes is controlled by keeping 2-3 months continuous. It also removes cholesterol problems by drinking it daily.

Aloe vera - Aloe vera gel is helpful in controlling the growing blood sugar. Grate 2-3 teaspoons, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp aloe vera gel. Now eat it before eating it in day and night. Relaxing will be found in a few months.

Guava - In the guava there is vitamin C and more fiber, which is eaten by blood sugar in control. It is helpful in controlling this by taking 1 guava in the day. Do not try to eat guava as much as possible. It can also be harmful for your body.

Lady finger - By eating Bhindi, Glucose lives in the control. Cut off both sides of Bhindi and make a lot of holes in it with a fork. Now put it in 1 glass water and keep it for the night. Drink the water in the morning empty stomach this morning. Do this every few weeks. Apart from this, add Bhindi to your diet.

Green Tea - Drink empty tea straw 1 cup of tea every morning. Green tea is beneficial for your overall health.
