Whats New In My Make up Bag!| Revolution Beauty Reviews

This month ive been trying out lots of different make up products ranging from high end to drug store brands, so I thought id do an update on whats new in my make up bag and the products I really liked this month which just by chance all happened to be from Revolution Beauty.

I uploaded on my YouTube channel a get ready with me where I used a lot of these products so if you’d like to see that head on over here.

So my first new item is this Revolution Conceal and Define Full Coverage Foundation in the shade F2 this is £9 and can be purchased online or in Superdrug stores. I am completely wowed by this foundation! If you watch the video above you’ll see i didn’t expect much from it and applied quite a lot but I can’t even explain how amazing the coverage is on this! Its defiantly full coverage and is weightless. I applied way to much the first time not realising how well it would cover. Now I only need a small amount to cover my face. It covered all spots, blemishes and dark circles. I absolutely love it and this is 100% become my new foundation. I usually used the Charlotte Tilbury and ive been completely converted to the Revolution brand. The applicator is a large concealer like end which I didn’t use other than to dab a few spots around my face then blended in with the next item im about to talk about haha!.

Im very fair skinned like a ghost and F2 shade is perfect for me.

This set is also from Revolution Beauty and is the Obsession Marble Contour and Light Brush Set  its now out of stock but was £20 to purchase sale priced down to £6. Ive always been a beauty blender kind of girl but I started using a MODA set and when this brush set was sent to me I was over the moon as I really like this style of brush for applying and pressing in my foundations.

The brush is so soft and ive been using the medium brush to apply my foundation and then the bigger one to pat the foundation in once its in place. Ive washed them since receiving them and they have bounced back to shape and the same fluffiness in them. I love the marble design on the handles. I don’t know if I would have paid £20 for 3 brushes but defiantly would have paid £10- £15 but for the £6 I would have snatched them up hah!

Next is this Gradient Highlighter Sunlight Mood Lights blusher. I have never seen a blush that is lighter and darker in the same pallete so I was really excited to try this. I expected it to be more a blusher but it does have a shine highlight in it aswell. Im abit afraid of blusher I always worry ill end up looking like im sunburnt, a clown or over heating haha! But this one isn’t like that at all and with the shades being adjustable in the sense you can use the lighter, darker or both. I really really like this!

Next is my new love in the lip department! Move over Kylie kits hah! This is Obsession Matte Naked Lip Kit in the shade Bunny Girl. I love the shade and ive literally used it everyday since I got it haha! I really like the liner ive been putting it in the corners and then using a clear gloss over the top. I do like the matt lipstick but I would usually wear this on a night out rather than the day time. This is £5.

Ive never been a contouring girl I try it and I do it but im just not great at it hah! I prefer to use a powder rather than a liquid contour or bronzer. This one I actually couldn’t find online which could mean it was end of line but it was sent to me in PR and I LOVE IT! I love the different shades and it blends out perfectly. It isn’t harsh in colour and sits lovely on the top of the setting powder and foundation.

And lastly are these 2 setting sprays. If you watched my Get ready with me you’ll see I always use a settling Spray before my make up to prep my skin as I just don’t get on with any primers so I do little spray over first. I have quite a few setting sprays and I alternate daily but these 2 are the newest to my collection.

The white is Oil Control Spray and Finishing spray £5 which ive been using at the end of my make up as the setting spray and the pink is the I heart revolution Fixing spray in the scent of Guava & Rose £6 which ive been using to prep the skin before my make up.

That’s everything that’s new in my make up this month and I would highly recommend them all. My favourite and by far happiest product is the foundation. Not only is it an affordable price but it gives amazing coverage and lasts all day. A small amount goes a long way and for £9 I think its an amazing product. All can be purchased from Revolution Beauty and the often have amazing sales on so I would keep an eye on the online site.
