The Invisible Battle

The Invisible Battle

I’ve been there.

That feeling of not wanting to exist. To lose the will to even take another breath and the only thing you want to do is “check out.”

I’m so glad I didn’t check out.

The thing is no, one is privalidge enough to escape from how hard life can get at times. Life actually favors no one. Deep down inside I was crying for help. For someone to see me.

So often people feel as if they are alone and that no one understands or even cares about what they are going through. Some may even feel as if they are not worthy enough of a chance at living. They could not be more wrong.

You have purpose, you have value, you are worthy and you have already played a significant part in this world. There is someone out there whose life had not been for you would be completely different.

A smile to a random stranger who felt Invisible, an act of kindness to someone who felt as if life only dealt them too many hardships, a simple thank you to someone who needed that extra push to keep going. You have unknowingly made your mark on this world and because of you the course of someone’s else’ life has been changed for the better.

This Invisible Battle that you are fighting does not mean that you have failed, it means you are human. And you do not have to fight your battle alone.

Please please please, whatever it maybe that you are facing, don’t be afraid to reach out to someone. Even if you may feel like you have no one, you have me. I will listen and I am here for you.

I care.
