Let’s just say I have really bad Anxiety, the anxiety where some days I’m fine then the next I won’t be…it could last for a days or weeks.
I used to convince myself that I was the only one but I wasn’t, it took me awhile to realise I’m not alone and that there is lodes of people who are going through the same thing as me.
I am going to update you on my anxiety, from good days to bad. I’ll also be telling you ways what helps my anxiety and what triggers it.
It’ll be another section of my journal and I do hope what I post will help at least one of you
