Southern Buttermilk Biscuit


Procedure

>First you add your flour and salt and a little bit of brown sugar, add your butter and butter flavor, Then you use your whisk and mix thoroughly.
>Mix your milk and cream together and then you add in the flour mixture.
>Sprinkle your work surface with some flour and you place the sticky dough on the work surface and sprinkle more flour on the dough until its stop sticking in your hand.
> Then you pad it out into a rectangle shape and you use your biscuit cutter to bring out the shape of the biscuit
>Place in your oven plate and bake at 450 f for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
