Google reviews:
Most remarkable reviews found on Google’s search engine will definitely increase your credibility in the entire marketplace. Review websites are very common these days, that's why it is very difficult to stand out your business’ reputation.

*Point to ponder: 92% users read online reviews before they actually make a buying decision.

A normal buyer will always follows the commonality, general approach could be the determining factor for the success or failure of your running business. Google reviews are easy-to-setup management tool that makes it easier for normal customers to find everything they need.

If you are lost in a new town & want to have a cup of coffee just ‘Google it’, within seconds you can have the list of the most reviewed cafes within your walking distance. Unlike third party review websites (Those websites that reflect your business as a whole rathre being specific to just one product or a service) like TripAdvisor and Yelp, Google reviews are shown directly in the Google search results.

  • Consideration stage
  • Decision stage

Awareness stage:

A stage where buyer realizes that he has a problem that needs to be solved.

My Smart Phone is running slowly & has strange ads popping up.

Consideration stage:

A stage where buyer has defined his problem & is researching options to solve it.
Example:
My Smart Phone has a virus and needs to be protected with a quality Anti-Virus.

Decision stage:

Example:
Finally i have found the best product at xxxx price.

How to get Google Reviews?

To set up Google reviews you need Google local listings. Just follow the steps:
  • Get a Google Plus page for your business & set up Google My Business.
  • Once your business is verified, ask for reviews from others.

Customer reviews:

Customer reviews must be written in a more natural way. Just share your Google page on various social media platforms. Just ask customers to leave a review on their past experiences they have had with your business. Put a CTA (call-to-action) button on your website as this button will encourage website visitors to write reviews.

Just put a sign in your physical address. Just ask customers to leave a review if they were happy with the service they get. Try to pin the post top the top of your Facebook page referring users to your Google reviews page if you are not using Facebook reviews. Never ever leave a review without any response, as it is a great way to improve engagement with your brand.
