Hey everyone!
I love playing with my eyes. Not an expert though, but with the help of YouTube and practice I am getting there. When Maybelline launched their Blushed Nudes eyeshadow palette, I got all excited because many bloggers believe that it is a dupe for Urban Decay’s Naked Palette 3. I haven’t used the Naked palette so won’t be able to comment on that. If you want to know how this palette faired, keep on reading.

Price: Rs.899/- (I got it for rs.674/- thanks to Nykaa) for 9g
My take on the product:
The packaging of this product is quiet attractive. The rose gold color makes it look very classy. Only thing missing is a good big size mirror in the palette. It has 12 shades and comes with an eyeshadow brush and applicator.
I found the palette quiet average. The pigmentation and colour payoff is medium. I had to build the color using a wet brush. Texture is smooth and powdery so you have to be careful about the fallout. Coming to the lovely 12 shades which look so amazing in the palette are a little disappointing. Some of the shades look similar on the skin. also a major let down is that there is only one matte shade in the entire palette and the rest are shimmery unlike the prior Maybelline The Nudes palette.
Overall this is a good buy if you are looking for a shimmery yet subtle eyeshadow palette and also the price you are paying for 12 eyeshadows is comparatively cheaper then the other drugstore brands available in India.
I hope you found this post helpful. Do let me know your experience in the comments below if you have used this palette.
Bye for now
xoxo
