Syrup from violets

Ingredients:


  • 50 gr fresh violets flowers
  • 150 ml of water
  • 300-350 g of sugar


Steps:

Boil the water. Pour over the fresh violets flowers. Leave it for 24 hours.

Add sugar and boil on Bain - Marie.

Stir until the sugar melts.

Filter and place in bottle.


Useful: cakes, soft drinks or even colds
