Rose syrup / Sirop de trandafir

Ingredients:



  • 400 g of rose petals (for jam)
  • 2 kg of sugar
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1/2 lemon


Steps:

Boil the water. Add the petals when seething.

After 10-15 minutes remove the petals.

Add the lemon juice.

Add the sugar and mix well.

Let it boil until reduced and becomes a thick syrup.



Ingrediente:


  • 400 gr petale trandafir de dulceata
  • 2 kg zahar
  • 1 litru apa
  • 1/2 lamaie


Pasi:

Fierbeti apa. Adaugati petalele cand clocoteste.

Dupa 10 - 15 minute scoateti petalele.

Adaugati zeama de lamaie.

Adaugati zaharul si amestecati bine.

Lasati sa fiarba pana scade si devine un sirop gros.
