The special color jet marks the 100th Anniversary of 11 SQN and the last year of Alphajet.

The Belgian Air Force rolled out the Dark Falcon's little sister at the Florennes Paint Shop, Belgium, June 20, 2018. AT-24 is an Alphajet called "Dark Bat". This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Belgian Alphajet, as well as the final year that the type will fly in BAF colours. The Belgian Air Force will retire the alphajets in the first half of 2019, this means the end of the collaboration with the Armée de l'Air to train fighter pilots. The 11 Training Squadron of the Belgian Air Component, equipped with Alphajets, is currently deployed at Cazaux Air Base, France, under the Advanced Jet Training School (AJeTS) program.
The Belgian advanced training will move to the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) at Sheppard AFB, U.S., where pilots will be trained on the T-6 Texan II and the T-38 Talon. The first belgian pilots are already in Sheppard.
On the top, there is the the 100th anniversary of 11 SQN. The design of the Dark Bat is inspired on the Dark Falcon, but instead of a falcon, the tail shows a bat, the 11 SQN logo. The BAF promises that somewhere the Dark Bath will fly together with the Dark Falcon.
