My last three colognes have been:
1. Terre d'Hermes (my ex and I loved this but I grew out of this)
2. Escentric Molecule 01 (loved it, but eventually got bored of wearing a cologne that I can't smell)
3. Spice Bomb (I loved it at the store but over a period of time, I'm kinda tired of it).

What would you recommend which may be either in the same range as above three or even possibly a step up from these? I'm looking for something classy - not exactly dance/floor type vibe - but more like sitting a nice bar/restaurant and sipping on Bourbon or Whiskey type of vibe. And oh, I'm in the United States.
