The 13th African Movie Academy Awards ceremony which took place on the 15th of July, 2017 at the Eko Hostels, Victoria island, Lagos was a success as many awards were given out to those that really deserves it. The 2017 AMAA Winners List is thus arrived at, by the efforts of those involved. Among the winners include Nkem Owoh who received the Lifetime Achievement Award, while Akin Omotoso won the best director award.
