Here it is – a Brand new day in a brand new week. But what will this week bring for you? Will it be more of the same- but if things are going well then more of the same is a good thing but- what if things are not going too well. What if this new week just brings you down just thinking about it.

Think of the way you feel. If you don’t feel good about the start of the new week then why not? What little step can you take to start to feel a little more optimist- what can you do differently?

Sure change is scary but I think not changing is a heck of a lot scarier.
