Naagin 2 starts with thakshak nags returning back to inform that they could not get Rocky(Karanvir Bohra) back as he was taken away by some Ichchadhari Nag. There Shivangi(Mouni Roy) and Guruji worry about Rocky. Guruji tells Shivangi that she can love Rocky no more as now he is the king of thakshak nags. Shivangi is adamant at helping Rocky through this and not abandoning him. Guruji asks her to help Rocky during the first removal of his skin today as today is Amavas. He also asks her to bring the skin once removed to him so that he can destroy the effect of the dagger Yamini(Sudha Chandran) stabbed into him.

Yamini goes to a magician woman and gets herself a ring with a magical bird in it. The magician woman asks Yamini to make Rocky wear this as then the bird would tell her about Rocky’s secret. At home Rocky acts pretty strange and angry. He loses his temper for every small reason which makes his family worried. Yamini comes with the ring and asks him to wear that for his anger, a hesitant Rocky wears it after some emotional blackmail by Yamini. Aliya informs Rocky that Madhav(Arjun Kapoor) and Rhea(Shraddha Kapoor) her friends are here and she has challenged them from Rocky’s side regarding a basketball match. After some insistence from everyone Rocky decides to go and meet them.

During the game the entire family joins in and cheers for Rocky . Madhav tries to talk to Shivangi to join them but she insists that she would just watch them. During the game Rocky again at a point loses his temper starts making goals randomly. Shivangi is worried that Rocky might start shedding at any moment and he should not be here right now. Madhav notices tension on Shivangi’s face and comes up to talk to her. She tells him about Rocky being a nag and she being a naagin. Madhav decides to help Shivangi. Madhav asks his friends to keep Yamini busy there and not let her leave the ground at any cost. Madhava takes Rocky inside and Rocky starts hurting all over and screaming. Suddenly to Madhav’s amazement Rocky transforms into a huge snake. Shivangi who is watching from outside comes in. She asks Madhav to go away and that she would handle Rocky. Rocky sheds the skin which Shivangi hands over to Madhav for safe keeping for a while. Madhav by that time gets a call from one of his friends that Yamini is coming there. Shivangi takes Rocky and carries him away. She to sheds skin and puts away the skin in a nearby locker. She then goes to get the skin from Madhav. Madhav hands her the skin and she wishes him all the best and leaves. Rocky meanwhile wakes up in the locker room and writhes in pain while Rhea finds him there. Rhea says she wishes that he and Shivangi would soon sort out their differences and be united again. Rhea then calls up the ambulance for Rocky and hands him over to the Lady Doctor in the ambulance, though she finds the lady doctor little odd.

The ambulance driver is killed by the lady doctor and she starts changing to the snake form when she hears the snake charmer playing his flute. She asks the snake charmer to stop when he does not she takes the snake form and kills everyone and abducts Rocky. Yamini and the others following the ambulance see the dead people and find Rocky missing. They decide to go to Jaadudev to ask him about were Rocky is. Shivangi takes the skin to guruji who inturn destroys it also with the effect of the dagger over Rocky coming to an end. Jadhudev baba also senses the dagger power finishing and he screams. He wonders who is trying to save Rocky from him.

Shivangi senses something wrong with Rocky she asks guruji who shows her the dead people in the ambulance and also that Rocky is being taken away by a snake to thakshak world. They try to see the snake’s face but are unable to. Later it is revealed that it is none other than Shesha(Ada Khan) who has returned back as the strongest snake of the age. She vows to make Rocky her own. Shivangi vows to not let Rocky enter the Thakshak world and to protect him as once he reaches there he would know his real self.

Precap: Rocky complains before the idol of Shankarji that he was blaming Shivangi for being a naagin and here he himself has become a nag. Shivaangi listens to this in hiding. Shesha brings thakshika’s head to her body trying to rejoin it and get her powers back.
