Dil Bole Oberoi starts with Om (Kunal Jaisingh) and Chulbul (Shrenu Parikh) coming to the old chemical factory. The private investigator Rahul falls dead on Om’s arms. Om wonders who killed him. Rahul tries to say something but died before that. Om thinks first it was Father Pedro and now it is Rahul. He tells Chulbul it is a plot and they need to leave. Fire erupts in the chemical factory and Om holds Chulbul’s hand protectively. Saathiya plays in the background. Om consoles her. There are more blasts inside the laboratory room and it is up in flames. They rush to another side of the room. The factory’s exit door is closed to protect poisonous fumes from going out.

Jhanvi is drinking tea, Tej (Mahesh Thakur) comes there and throws away the cup. He says I will decide what to give you in alimony and whether to give you the sum or not. He says I toiled hard for the Oberoi empire. The girl who came to the factory to click snaps also gets trapped in the room. She is at a risk of getting burnt. Jhanvi tells Tej that he needs help. She says divorce is not given without alimony. She says talk to a lawyer and don’t act like a kid. Tej is furious. Om tries to open the room and rescue Maya. Tej says I will divorce you without giving alimony. He says I will present you badly before the court. Tej says I will damage your reputation. Jhanvi says I need the alimony and tells him to arrange it fast, Chulbul spots a lever and pulls it down. A door opens and he calls out to Om.

A couple of women covered with shawls come and spill water inside Svetlana’s room. Om enters the room and cannot spot Maya. He says we need to save her. When Svetlana walks inside, her foot slips and she gets a sprain. It seems it is Buamaa and Jhanvi’s plan to get Svetlana out of the house. Tej enters the room and asks where the water came from? Svetlana says I don’t believe your would-be bahu is being treated so badly. Tej tells her to stop saying that. Jhanvi stands before them with two open electric wires. She tells Tej if I drop these wires then you two will get electrocuted. Tej says you are crazy, do you want to kill us. Jhanvi says few days back you tried to burn me alive and now you are scared. He says let us sit down quietly and discuss matters. Jhanvi bends down to put the wires there. Svetlana says we will talk peacefully. Jhanvi says yes we will but let me first put them on the floor.

Om comes home and is devastated. He is sad about the death of Maya and Rahul. Chulbul says I will get water for you. Om says please leave me alone. At night, Chulbul feels the pain of his tracker camera on the neck. He prays to Lord Shiva for a miracle. He says please help Om in his endeavour. Chulbul tries to understand what Boro meant. Those were the last words from Rahul’s mouth.
