Maze Runner: The Death Cure (also known simply as The Death Cure) is an Upcoming American dystopian science-fiction actionthriller film directed by Wes Ball, based on The Death Cure, the final book in The Maze Runner trilogy, written by James Dashner, with a screenplay by T.S. Nowlin. It is the sequel to the 2015 film Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials and the third and final installment in the Maze Runner film series.

Maze Runner: The Death Cure was originally set to be Released on February 17, 2017, in the United States by 20th Century Fox, but the studio rescheduled the film for January 26, 2018 in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D

Fifty Shades Freed is an upcoming American erotic romantic drama film directed by James Foley and written by Niall Leonard, based on the novel of same name by E. L. James. It is the final film in the Fifty Shades trilogy, and a sequel to Fifty Shades of Grey (2015) and Fifty Shades Darker (2017). The film stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan as Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, respectively.

Principal photography on Fifty Shades Freed began simultaneously with Darker on February 9, 2016, in Paris and Vancouver. It is set to be released in the United States on February 9, 2018.

Black Panther is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the eighteenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film is directed by Ryan Coogler from a screenplay by him and Joe Robert Cole, and stars Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa / Black Panther alongside Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis. In Black Panther, T'Challa returns home as king of Wakanda but finds his sovereignty challenged by a long-time adversary in a conflict that has global consequences.

Wesley Snipes first mentioned his intention to work on a Black Panther film in 1992, with that project going through multiple iterations over the next decade but never coming to fruition. A Black Panther film was announced as one of the ten films based on Marvel comics that would be developed by Marvel Studios and distributed by Paramount Pictures in September 2005, with Mark Bailey hired to write a script in January 2011. Black Panther was officially announced in October 2014, with Boseman appearing first in Captain America: Civil War. By the end of 2015, Cole and Coogler had both joined Black Panther, and additional cast members came on board beginning in May 2016. Principal photography for the film took place from January to April 2017, at EUE/Screen Gems Studios and Pinewood Atlanta Studios in the Atlanta metropolitan area, and Busan, South Korea.

Black Panther is set to be released in the United States on February 16, 2018, in IMAX and 3D.

Tomb Raider is an upcoming American action adventure filmdirected by Roar Uthaug and written by Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Alastair Siddons. It is based on the 2013 video game of the same name by Crystal Dynamics, and will be a reboot of the Tomb Raider film series. The film tells about the first expedition of Lara Croft, in which she goes to complete her father's research and uncover ancient secrets capable of clearing her name. The film stars Alicia Vikander, Walton Goggins, Daniel Wu, and Dominic West.

Principal photography took place from January to June 2017 at the Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden in the UK and Cape Town, South Africa. The film is scheduled to be released in the United States in 3D and IMAX on March 16, 2018, by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Pacific Rim Uprising is an upcoming American science fictionmonster film directed by Steven S. DeKnight and written by DeKnight, Emily Carmichael, Kira Snyder, and T.S. Nowlin from a story by DeKnight and Nowlin. It is the sequel to the 2013 film Pacific Rim, and stars John Boyega, Scott Eastwood, Cailee Spaeny, Jing Tian, and Adria Arjona, with Charlie Day, Burn Gorman, and Rinko Kikuchi returning in their roles from the original film. It is scheduled to be released on March 23, 2018, by Universal Pictures.

The New Mutants is an upcoming American superhero–horror filmbased on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name, distributed by 20th Century Fox. It is intended to be the eleventh installment in the X-Men film series. The film is being directed by Josh Boone from a screenplay by himself and Knate Lee, and stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Maisie Williams, Charlie Heaton, Henry Zaga, Blu Hunt, and Alice Braga. In The New Mutants, a group of young mutants held in a secret facility fight to save themselves.

Boone and Lee first began work on the film after Boone completed work on The Fault in Our Stars, the pair having been fans of the New Mutants growing up together. They pitched a potential film trilogy to X-Men producer Simon Kinberg, and in May 2015 were officially signed on to the film. Taylor-Joy and Williams were rumored to be cast in March 2016, and were confirmed over a year later when the rest of the cast began to fill out and the project was revealed to be a horror film inspired by the works of Stephen King and John Hughes. Filming took place in Boston from July to September 2017, primarily at Medfield State Hospital.

The New Mutants is scheduled to be released on April 13, 2018.

Avengers: Infinity War is an upcoming American superhero filmbased on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is intended to be the sequel to 2012's Marvel's The Avengers and 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron and the nineteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, with a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, and features an ensemble cast that includes Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Benicio del Toro, Tom Holland, Anthony Mackie, Chadwick Boseman, Danai Gurira, Paul Rudd, Don Cheadle, and Letitia Wright. In Avengers: Infinity War, the Avengers join forces with the Guardians of the Galaxy to confront Thanos, who is trying to amass the Infinity Stones.

The film was announced in October 2014 as Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1. The Russo brothers came on board to direct in April 2015 and by May, Markus and McFeely signed on to write the script for the film. In July 2016, Marvel shortened the titled to Avengers: Infinity War. Filming began in January 2017, at Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Fayette County, Georgia, and lasted until July 2017, shooting back-to-back with a direct sequel. Additional filming took place in Scotland, England, the Downtown Atlanta area and New York City.

Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled to be released in the United States on May 4, 2018, in IMAX and 3D. The sequel is scheduled to be released on May 3, 2019.

Deadpool 2 is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Deadpool, distributed by 20th Century Fox. It is intended to be the twelfth installment in the X-Men film series, and a sequel to the 2016 film Deadpool. The film is being directed by David Leitch from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, with Ryan Reynolds starring in the title role alongside Morena Baccarin, T. J. Miller, Leslie Uggams, Brianna Hildebrand, Stefan Kapičić, Zazie Beetz, Josh Brolin, and Jack Kesy.

Plans for a sequel to Deadpool began before that film's release, and were confirmed in February 2016. Though the original creative team of Reynolds, Reese, Wernick, and director Tim Miller were quickly set to return for the second film, Miller left the project in October 2016 due to creative differences with Reynolds, and was soon replaced by Leitch. Drew Goddard had also been in contention to direct, and joined the film to consult on the script in early 2017. An extensive casting search to fill the role of Cable took place, with Brolin ultimately cast in the role. Filming took place in British Columbia, Canada, from June to October 2017. During filming, stunt woman Joi "SJ" Harris died in a motorcycle accident.

Deadpool 2 is scheduled to be released on June 1, 2018.

The Incredibles 2 is an upcoming American 3D computer-animatedsuperhero film, and is the direct sequel to The Incredibles (2004). It is in production by Pixar Animation Studios, and will be released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is being written and directed by Brad Bird, the writer and director of the first film, and features Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Sarah Vowell and Samuel L. Jackson all reprising their roles. The film is scheduled to be released on June 15, 2018 and will be given an IMAX release.[4][5]

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is an upcoming American science fiction adventure film. It is a sequel to the 2015 film Jurassic Worldand is the fifth installment in the Jurassic Park film series. Derek Connolly and Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow both return as writers, with J. A. Bayona as the director. It will be produced by Frank Marshall, Patrick Crowley, and Belén Atienza. Trevorrow and original Jurassic Park director Steven Spielberg are executive producers.

Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and B. D. Wong will reprise their roles from the preceding movie Jurassic World and are joined by newcomers Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, Justice Smith, Daniella Pineda, Ted Levine, Geraldine Chaplin, and James Cromwell; additionally, Jeff Goldblum will reprise his role as Dr. Ian Malcolm from the original film and its 1997 sequel. Universal Pictures has scheduled the film for release in the United States on June 22, 2018.

Ant-Man and the Wasp is an upcoming American superhero filmbased on the Marvel Comics characters Scott Lang / Ant-Man and Hope van Dyne / Wasp. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the sequel to 2015's Ant-Man, and the twentieth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Peyton Reed with a screenplay by the writing teams of Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, and Paul Rudd, and stars Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Tip "T.I." Harris, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Laurence Fishburne, Hannah John-Kamen, Randall Park, and Walton Goggins. In Ant-Man and the Wasp, Lang teams up with van Dyne to embark on a new mission from Pym.

Talks for a sequel to Ant-Man began shortly after the film was released, with Ant-Man and the Wasp officially announced in October 2015, with Rudd and Lilly returning to reprise their roles. Reed officially joined the film a month later to direct, also returning from Ant-Man. Filming began in August 2017 at Pinewood Atlanta Studiosin Fayette County, Georgia, with additional filming taking place in Metro Atlanta, San Francisco and Savannah, Georgia; filming is scheduled to last until November 2017.

Ant-Man and the Wasp is scheduled to be released on July 6, 2018, in the United States in IMAX and 3D.

Hotel Transylvania 3 is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated fantasy-comedy film produced by Sony Pictures Animation. Featuring the reprised roles of Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, David Spade, Steve Buscemi, Molly Shannon, Keegan-Michael Key, Kevin James, Fran Drescher, Asher Blinkoff, and Mel Brooks, it is the third installment in the Hotel Transylvaniafranchise and the sequel to Hotel Transylvania 2 (2015). The film is scheduled to be released on July 13, 2018, by Columbia Pictures.

Mission: Impossible 6 is an upcoming American action
