How to stop worrying all time ; some thoughts of mine

Today I am writing about something what crossed my mind a little ago. Well there are lot of methods like relaxation and other techniques. After thinking about a while I discovered that we worry about our upcoming future or remembering bad experiences of past. By future I mean what will happen , could i perform well? How will i be evaluated in that moment... blah blah. It seems like we make it inferior in our mind. This phenomenon does no good rather it increases stress, raises your anxiety level and make your situation worse. Same things happen thinking about the bad memories of past. It happened in the past and your mind thinks that it will happen again with you. May be it was an accident, you were made embarrassed in front of people. This things are like viral disease of mind. Once it is started it starts to build up a castle of its own.

My suggestion is that "just forget about your past and future". You can think that "well I learn from my past faults" or "or I am planning for my future". Of course you do. That's not my point of view. Those are the positive things and I always welcome them. But when it becomes obsession full with negetivity and bothers your mind , you better let it go. ( "Let it go" it reminds me the song from "Frozen" )

Everybody is  unique and you are the very best by your own way. When you are struggling about your worrying I suggest that You focus your mind at only present things. To illustrate, say you are washing your hands and thinking about the today's presentation. If that creates an anxiety then its a problem. Then you should seize your mind from there. "Focus on present" but how? Well... its all about observation and concentration. Observe the flow of water on your hand. Think about the constituents of water hydrogen and oxygen. Question yourself, from where it is coming ? Focus on the fancy shiny tap. It is still that shinning as it was in the beginning. Look at your surroundings. Feel the order and and think how organised things are. Just everything at their position and doing their job perfectly. Well the above observation kept your minds visual thinking part busy. What if some bad inner suggestion peeks into your mind, I mean the inner voice. Do not let it. Try to observe the present sound also. As an example, may be it is the gentle sound of the flow of water or the fading stereo from the neighbor or the sweet chirping of birds. Engage your mind with this. As a byproduct you will will develop a good observation power that will help your brain. I presented the simple example of washing hands to make it generalized for every simple things you do which can be observed.

Like it or not. This things work for me. Distracting my mind consciously helps me a lot.
