Rock Away Racism was held in Chicago to raise money for the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Angela Rose, PAVE Founder, hosted this event and PAVE Board Member, Jamila, introduced her. Angela discussed white privledge and it's effects on daily life. She discussed her work on issues of violence against people of color and empowering people to not be silent on issues of racism.
