Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw

1. The Prize Draw ("the Draw") is open to persons aged 18 and over who provide their email address when placing an order. This order will be subject to our normal terms and conditions.

2. In order to be eligible for the Draw, an order needs to be placed on the Silksleep.com website between 00.01 on March 1 2017 and 23.59 on March 31 2017, using the discount code NBM17 and the order must be paid for in full at the time of order placement.

3. Any orders subsequently returned, cancelled or fully refunded will not be eligible for entry into the Draw. In the case of any orders partially refunded, only the un-refunded balance of the order will be eligible for entry into the Draw.

4. No responsibility will be accepted for any customer unable to place an order for whatever reason (stock unavailability, declined payment etc).

5. Use of the discount code will be deemed to signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your automatic entry into the Draw. Should you wish to be excluded from the Draw, please notify us by email on [email protected].

6. The total maximum prize fund is £7,500; each of the three prizes will be limited to a maximum refund of £2,500. Each Draw winner will receive a refund of the full cost of their order, subject to clause 3 above and subject to a maximum limit of £2,500.

7. The Draw will take place on April 15, 2017, and the winners notified within 24 hours.

8. Three orders which meet the eligibility criteria above will be selected at random and the winners notified by email. In the event that more than one order from the same customer is picked the order with the higher value will be deemed a winning order and the other order or orders will be rejected and a new order picked at random. NB: only one winning order per household.

9. Due to money laundering regulations, winning refunds will only be paid out to the method used to place the original order. No cash alternative will be offered.

10. We reserve the right to report the results of the Draw on the Silksleep.com website and social media but no identifiable personal details will be given. For example; initials, region and date of order (A.G., Warwickshire, 13 March)

11. All decisions relating to the Draw will be final and no further correspondence entered into.
