Gratz will lead the company’s aggressive regional growth strategy
COLUMBUS, OH – May 12, 2018 – ICC is delighted to announce that Technology veteran and former Syneos Health, (formerly inVentiv health), executive, Kelly Gratz, will join the company as president. The decision to hire Gratz reinforces ICC’s commitment to aggressive growth and expansion.

Gratz will lead ICC’s strategy focused on geographic expansion, deepening existing partnerships, and continued evolution of its portfolio of business solutions. In addition to continued growth in Columbus, ICC plans to expand regionally by increasing its presence in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Buffalo and Pittsburgh. These offices are served by the company’s delivery center in Columbus, where over 500 consultants uniquely partner with clients to solve business challenges through a blend of experience, technology and analytics expertise.
Gratz will report to CEO Steven Glaser and lead all operations for the company including ICC’s sales, marketing and service delivery. Gratz will be integral in developing and implementing ICC’s strategic plan and positioning the company for future growth.

Gratz comes to ICC with extensive leadership experience as CEO and president of multiple technology, digital and healthcare companies. Prior to joining ICC, she was president of several companies under the Syneos Health umbrella, most recently at Adheris Health. Prior to that, she served as CEO and president of Blue Diesel, an interactive digital agency and spent ten years at Ernst & Young in their management consultant organization.
A graduate of the University of Dayton, Kelly is passionate about critical issues impacting women in business today. She is a member of the advisory board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s (HBA) Columbus Chapter where she is currently focused on building awareness and understanding of the value of gender parity in the work place.
