Star director SS Rajamouli is presently working on # RRR starring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan. The movie has already completed its first schedule and the film unit has kickstarted the second schedule this Monday. Meanwhile, an update regarding the film’s Satellite rights has become a hot topic in the Tollywood.
A leading channel has reportedly bagged the satellite and digital rights of # RRR for whopping Rs.132 crores for all the languages. This is the highest satellite rights deal for a South Indian film till now. The earlier Record was held by Shankar-Rajinikanth film ‘2.0’. The satellite and digital rights of ‘2.0’ were sold for Rs.108 crores. Now, Rajamouli directorial has broken its record by a huge margin.
The expectations on # RRR are touching sky high because Rajamouli has delivered a historical blockbusters ‘Baahubali’ earlier. DVV Danayya is bankrolling this movie with a whopping Rs.300 crores. The heroines and other actors will be finalized soon.
