Independence Day, also known as Fourth of July or July Fourth, is a national holiday in America, which celebrate the declaration of independence on July 4, 1776. The Congress announced that the 13 colonies in America declared themselves as a one nation The United States Of America and are no longer a colony of British empire. This year Independence day 2018 will be celebrated on Wednesday, 4 July 2018 in the United States Of America.

Independence Day 2018 is generally associated with Parades, barbecues, carnivals, fireworks, baseball, concerts and family reunion and many other private and government events celebrating Independence day 2018.

Independence Day 2018 celebration usually takes place outdoors. People celebrate independence day by hosting or attending the picnic and outdoor parties. Prades are held in the morning. The decoration is colored in red, blue and white which is a color of an American flag and fireworks are displayed at night in many states.

Since Independence day 2018 is an official holiday in the United States. all the government and private businesses are closed. Though some service companies such as restaurants, stores, garage, tourist attractions, etc are opened.

There were 56 people who signed the Declaration Of Independence.

4th July is also a Republic day of Philippines on this day the United States recognized the Philippines as an independent state in 1946.

Independence was used to be on 2nd July but the declaration of independence wasn’t adopted until July 4.
