Fortnite gamers face-off in Last Man Standing tournament

Gamers across Birmingham are being invited to put their skills to the test and compete for glory as Box hosts its latest Last Man Standing Tournament.

The event featuring Fortnite will take place in Box’s Minworth store on Saturday 27th October from 10am, and will be supported by leading gaming peripherals company Roccat.

Competitors of all ability will face off in the one-day event in the hope of being crowned Last Man Standing.

Mark Jordan, managing director of Box said: “Following the success of our previous event, we’re delighted to be hosting a second Last Man Standing tournament.

“Fornite is the ultimate eSports game, not only is it competitive but it contains fast paced actions where the aim is to beat your opponents and get that coveted victory royale.

“The event is a great way for local gamers to meet other gamers and streamers as well as trading gaming tips. Plus there will be some great prizes up for grabs courtesy of Roccat.

“Players will also have the opportunity to take a look round our Minworth store, seeing first hand the wide range of products available whilst also speaking with our expert staff who will be on hand to discuss gaming setups and how to get the best from your gaming rig.

“We look forward to welcoming gamers on the 27th October, and crowning one player Last Man Standing.”
