Nikita was recently seen in the movie Gold with Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy and will now be seen in the movie “Kabir Singh” along with Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. This is a Hindi remake of the Telegu hit Arjun Reddy. Nikita will reportedly play a movie star whose character will help Shahid get out of depression after a break-up with his girlfriend (Kiara Advani).
Now that she is on her way to make it big in Bollywood and already has thousands of followers and fan let us know about her a bit more. This 26-year-old actress was born in Delhi and since her father was a naval officer she grew up in several cities like Kochi, Mumbai, and Vishakhapatnam. She did her schooling and graduation in Mumbai.
Nikita participated in 2012 Femina Miss India and was one of the finalists. Two years after that she entered Bollywood with the movie “Lekar Hum Deewana Dil” starring Saif Ali Khan where she was seen in a supporting role. She has been the protagonist in several Indian TV shows like Dream Girl, Lal Ishq, and Haasil to name a few. Nikita also appeared on the cover of “Wedding Vows” magazine and was also seen advertising for Olay Natural White fairness cream.

She is very active on social media and has about 258k followers on Instagram. Her Instagram bio describes her as “Classy, Sassy and a bit Bad Assy. She has received tons of praise for her performance in Gold and she makes it a point to reply to most of her fans. She is also a fitness freak as it is evident from her social media posts where she is often seen in the gym or doing Yoga. Highly diet conscious she is a fan of both Golgappe, Sushi and Peanut butter of course! She is also fond of perfumes, shoes, and handbags.
She is definitely one interesting personality and we would love to see more of her confident avatar in the movies even in the future. Her next movie “Kabir Singh” will hit the theaters on May 21st, 2019 and most of her part was shot in Mumbai while Shahid and Kiara will also be seen shooting in Delhi and Mussoorie. Whether this movie will also be as good for her career as Gold only time can tell.
