Planes in and out of the UK have been grounded due to a technical issue with Air Traffic control, resulting in restrictions to UK airspace. The national air traffic controllers, NATS, apologized for any inconvenience caused and stated that engineers are working to resolve the problem. Although UK airspace is not closed, traffic flow restrictions have been implemented. Easyjet informed passengers that all flights to and from the UK are affected, and they are working with authorities to determine the impact and timing for normal operations to resume.
