AP: Lord Simhadri Appanna Temple Receives Rs 100 Crore Cheque, Donor’s Account Holds Only Rs 17

A person in Andhra Pradesh deposited a cheque for Rs 100 crore in the hundi of a temple near Visakhapatnam. The cheque was found to belong to a person named Bodepalli Radha Krishna, whose account at Kotak Mahindra Bank only had a balance of Rs 17. Bank officials are planning to register a complaint with the police, declaring the cheque as fake. They believe the account holder intentionally manipulated the cheque to show a higher amount. Legal action will be taken after a thorough investigation.
