WBC super featherweight champion Oscar Valdez is rapidly becoming a household name and is expanding his reign outside the boxing universe. The undefeated champion has revealed that he will drop his maiden NFT collection soon, sending several fans into a frenzy.
While many boxers have dropped their NFTs in recent times, Valdez, too, has entered that list. The 30-year-old has joined hands with Blockchayn Labs, a hub of athletic NFTS, and will shortly be available to his fans in a brand new fashion. Oscar Valdez took to social media and posted his picture to break out the news.

Boasting a 29-0 record with 23 KOs, Valdez has several highlight-reel moments in his professional boxing career. Furthermore, his charismatic persona has grabbed a lot of attention from non-fight fans. Hence, the nearing NFT drop would allow all the fans to witness Oscar Valdez in a never-seen-before form.
Meanwhile, Blockchayn Labs have also got Oleksandr Usyk on board. Just before Valdez’s announcement, Usyk also claimed that he will drop his NFT soon in association with the same organization. So, it would bring back-to-back collections from two of the best boxers of the era to the fight fans.
That said, the Mexican boxer Oscar Valdez has also received his next fight date. According to Box Rec, the Top Rank fighter will defend his WBC belt on September 10 in Arizona, USA.
