The lovers made their proposal extremely public as Mandla proposed her in a radio station, while they were Live on air.
The news shook most South Africans, as 2019 was not good for them, after a video of Mampintsha abusing Babes went viral.
South Africans stood to her defense, but she returned to her lover, which made most people who supported her feel betrayed.
