The singer-songwriter and producer has released an intoxicating song which combines sultry, edgy vocals with a moody, stripped back beat and pillowy synths. The accompanying visuals, directed by Simeon Qsyea, are stark and simple but incredibly effective. 'Turn Around' was co-produced with Brendan Grieve (Sam Smith) and hit #3 on the Hype Machine charts. Raphaella sings about letting go of a relationship with a raw, powerful voice and hypnotic harmonies,

Raphaella says of the song, “'Turn Around' is about the moment you walk away
from someone because you know they’re no good for you. Your head has made the decision, but you know your heart could betray you any moment. Love is hard and the right decision is
almost never the easiest - it’s the last bit of your heart that hasn’t let go, saying if you wanted me to, I could turn around and come right back. Turn Around is the last song before letting go.”
Raphaella, a graduate from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, has been very busy in the studio of late collaborating with a variety of well known and emerging talent including Rudimental, MNEK, Steel Banglez, MIST, Gorgon
City, Watermat and Wilkinson. Raphaella has also had much radio support from BBCR1Xtra’s Mistajam and DJ Target for her previous releases.
