So that was August – the end of the summer? The weather has definitely turned and it has got cooler which I really like; I love the long days of summer but am not a fan of those Summer Nights!
Here is a round up of how my August went:
- I upgraded my Elancly Massage glove. Whilst I adore Elancly I have mixed feelings about their new glove on my butt!
- I put on weight! Not surprising as the start of the month was not great and I started to comfort eat. My food of choice? The humble Custard Cream. So to get back on track I designed my own food journal inserts.
- More food! When I am being good I replace bread with oatcakes and make sure to take a packed lunch to work. Recently I have ditched plastic and got myself a cute Joseph on the go cutlery set
- Bunny, my cockapoo also had a change of diet and has become a Butternut Pup! He is loving his new dinners and his tummy is happy again.
And finally…. I got a new job – in IT which my blog played part in
My August ended well, I hope yours did too.
