Dinner

Day 5:

  • Breakfast

Blend a tablespoon of chia seeds in fresh vegetable juice

  • Lunch

Steamed vegetables dressed with olive oil and crushed pumpkin seeds. Add up half a cup of organic brown rice to it                 

  • Dinner

Slices of fresh mushroom, onions, and fresh rocket leaves drizzled with virgin olive oil

  • Evening snack

Day 6:
