It takes a surprisingly easy going approach to creating new healthy habits that encourage health, vitality and fulfillment.

The short version is this you simply make 2 lists; things you’d like to do more and things you’d like to do less.

Post the list in a place you’ll see it.

Adjust behaviour and choices accordingly.

That’s it. Simplicity at its best.

What I love most is that it focuses your intention on what matters most to you.
