4 Scents for Christmas from The Perfume Shop

I have absolutely loved being part of The Perfume Shop‘s Scent Squad and this last Christmas send out is absolutely amazing. 4 scents for Christmas, perfect for loved ones or to even ask Santa for yourself! I have found so many new amazing fragrances from The Perfume Shop, not just scents for Christmas, but scents for all year round. My favourite type of fragrances is deeper, woodier, vanilla, and jasmine kind of perfumes. These 4 scents for Christmas come highly recommended, especially the Gucci Flora as it was even part of Boots Christmas 2021 top 10 gifts! So, let me tell you a little more about them… Scents for Christmas from The Perfume Shop Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum 100ml – £105 (2021) It’s an eye-watering price but it’s Gucci! This has top notes of pear blossom, heart notes of jasmine and white gardenia, and base notes of brown sugar and patchouli. It’s very floral and very sweet. A tad too sweet for me personally. The bottle is of significance as it’s a painting created in 1966 by artist Vittorio Accornero and it does indeed make a pretty bottle. This is classed as a floral scent if that’s not already obvious. You can get a 30ml for £55 and 50ml for £77. Gucci Guily Eau Da Parfum For Him 90ml – £85 (2020) Alfie’s really into his aftershaves and scents just as much as I am, together when we’re going out we smell like The Perfume Shop. Thankfully for me, he loves to wear scents that I really love so it’s a win-win! Gucci Guilty is always a good buy, he recently had the Black Version that funny enough comes in a green bottle. This scent is described as woody, it has top notes of rose, heart notes of chili pepper, and base notes of patchouli and cedarwood. It’s a great woody fragrance and definitely something you’d want to have again and again. It also comes in a 50ml at £67. Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense 30ml – £60 (2021) With the design on this bottle, it comes across as a lot bigger than a 30ml. I absolutely love Marc Jacobs perfumes, my favourite is, of course, Decadence. They ooze elegance and sophistication. This perfume is actually really exciting for me as a plus-size woman as the model of the campaign is actually an incredible plus-size creator, Enam Asiama. This is so amazing to see on so many levels but especially for a perfume that’s trying to get the message, ‘I am perfect as I am’ across. The perfume is very floral with a warm undertone. It has top notes of pink pepper, roasted almonds, heard notes of jasmine and daffodil, and then base notes of sandalwood and sesame oil. Marc Jacobs has so many amazing sets so if you’re looking for scents for Christmas, it’s really the range to try! It also comes in 50ml for £85 and 100ml for £105. Hugo Boss Boss The Scent 100ml – £71 (2015) I’ve been buying Hugo Boss for my dad for as long as I can remember! It’s just always a safe buy, you know it’s always going to smell nice. This was first released back in 2015 which I wanted to point out as the rest in this scents for Christmas box are all new releases. If that doesn’t say what a solid buy it is, I don’t know what will! With top notes of ginger, middle notes of lavender, and base notes of leather and wood. It also comes in a 50ml at £52, and 200ml at £95! Hugo Boss Boss Bottled Night is another solid buy, it’s basically the male equivalent to the scents I love to wear. Vanilla, jasmine, lavender, sandalwood, it’s just muskier and manlier.
