My natural Hair colour is black, I bleached it last year when I went lighter and then dyed it again a few times after that. I think that the colouring has really taken it's toll on my hair and left it looking dry and damaged.

It looked healthy, shiny and a lot less damaged!!! The difference with just one treatment was pretty amazing!
I would definitely recommend Daniel Granger's Hairdressers where I got my treatment done as the staff that work there are really nice and friendly and it's a really cool salon. My hair looks so shiny and I love the loose curls and waves in my hair!
If you've got dry damaged hair especially after colouring/heat styling then I would definitely recommend the Joico K Pak 4 Step treatment.
You can buy the products individually to use at home, I bought the Deep Penetrating Reconstructor, the Intense Hydrator and Restorative Styling oil (which is also part of the K Pak range), so I will continue to use the products at home and let you know how I get on!
