Exercises for Lean Legs

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, your diet doesn’t exactly scream healthy! Wouldn’t it be nice to have your cake AND eat it too?

Maybe you can’t find an hour to Exercise, but I bet you can find 10 minutes here and there throughout the day. In today’s 10-Minute Fitness video, I’ll show you some simple moves that you can do even in your living room to tone up your legs and give them that lean look. It’s perfectly O.K. to indulge every now and then, especially when your grandmother makes her famous Ginger Bread Pudding. If you’re taking time each day to exercise, a little extra sugar isn’t going to hurt.
