Day 50 BBM 90 Day Challenge http://facebook.com/BikiniBodyMommy Hey friends! Back on track again. Day 48 was Cardio, but I skipped it and Day 49 was a rest day. This was a tough one, for sure. I have limited space and had to get creative with my sturdy, elevated surface. I used a chair against a pool table for lunges, and the basement steps for push-ups and mountain climbers. LOL
