  4. Drink regularly. Only drink water, not cola or beer. Water is essential for any person whether they are doing a workout or not. Drink water when it’s necessary; following the eight glasses of water rule is not mandatory. You will know when your body needs water. A well-hydrated body has a good metabolic process and burn fat faster.
  5. Protein intake. Milk is one of the great sources of not only protein, but also calcium, and fat. If you want milk, skim milk is the best choice because of less fat containing in it. Or you can just consume protein shakes and fruit juices to complete the nutrient you need.
  6. Diet is not perfect unless coupled with a regular healthy exercise. You can do it weekly or daily depends on your schedule. Include exercises in your life and you will have your abs always flat and toned.
  7. Cardiovascular exercises. This workout maintains your toned abs; it also improves stamina and heart condition and not just losing fat. You can do cardio for five minutes to 45 minutes per day, so flexible. Combine it with weight training and obtaining a toned body is not impossible.
  8. If you are trapped to spending time sitting all day on a work, you can have exercise outside every morning or weekend. However, you can also do a light exercise in your cubicle.
  9. Healthy fats to your diet. Many people cut all fats intake, and this is not good. Some fats are good for your health and your body also needs fats even when in a diet. Fish oil, flaxseed oil, and virgin olive oil are the example of healthy fat you need to consume regularly.
  10. Lift Weights. Your body burns a lot more fat efficiently if you have more muscle. For that reason, it is reasonable to do weight lifting to build more muscle mass and burn fats at the same time. You will not only get a healthy body but also a ripped one.
