Honestly speaking, I could never ever pull of something Sporty because I -in general- am not a sporty person at all! Which is something that really annoys me, since all of my family are the type to excell in sports (apparently that gene skipped a generation). It took me, no kidding, an hour of rummaging through my ever-expanding wardrobe to search for something that is sporty yet it suits me. So, when I came across my plain white under-top and a Kyoto t-shirt, I knew I was going for the baseball(y) look. The only problem was finding the right bottoms. I tried everything from jeans to skirts and even layering the outfit with a dress! Nothing worked because every single piece of clothing I had refused to match with both the white under-top and navy t-shirt. Luckily, while scavenging through the depths of my closet, I happened to come across navy blue tights I had never known I had! This is when I realised that yes, I can make this outfit complete! I swear that moment made my day. 

Now, since this post is extra long, lets talk about the title. Obviously it's a metaphor with two means. Pitch as in the pitch you do in baseball and 'Pitch in' for contribution to...what I don't know.
