WHO: KANCHI CHOKSHI – FASHION MERCHANDISER, CLOTHING

WHERE: PORTUGAL

Kanchi Chokshi

Portugal is gorgeous and not something a lot of people have explored in depth. I hate flying from one city to another; I secretly lure my friends into travelling by road instead. There is so much I would miss out on seeing otherwise!

As much as I Love partying, I love to explore new places to see as much as I can if I’ve spent that kind of money on the ticket. Portugal, apart from having an amazing nightlife has a mix of beaches, cities, and small towns all connected by road and they have very scenic drives.

Portugal is also known for its history, vintage structures etc. Having being able to explore these different sides to a country and getting inspired for the industry also adds to the list.

When I think for my summer holiday, I see a good 10-12 day trip right in the middle of the year to keep me going and motivated for the rest of the year.

A road trip allows me to party one night, cliff-jump the next day, explore a small town on foot the day after it or sit by the beach and get inspired for our next collection!

WHO: ANKITA BEDI – ASSISTANT MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING

WHERE: CANCUN

Cancún is synonymous with its gorgeous beaches, but a little known fact is that it also has exhilarating water sport adventures, and that’s what I’d like to experience! Deep-sea diving, flyboarding – the works! I’d also love to explore smaller islands and party at Coco Bongo, only the most fabulous nightclub there is in Cancún!”

WHO: DIMPLE SAGLANI – SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

WHERE: PONDICHERRY

Dimple Saglani

Walking down the quaint streets of the French Quarter, going on a heritage walk, visiting the Sacred Heart Basilica, or simply going to a local bar and striking up a conversation with the locals, is all what I’d like to experience!

WHO: MINNATI ZAVERI – CONTENT WRITER

WHERE: BUDAPEST

Minnati Zaveri

A self-confessed introvert, I would like nothing more than to travel by myself.

The Ervin Szabó Central Library, built in the late 1800s and home to nine hundred and ninety-seven thousand works, would be my first stop in Budapest.

I’d love to get to know both sides of the city; Buda is more quaint, while Pest is more modern and eclectic. Also known for its coffee house culture, I’d like nothing more than to curl up with a hot mug of coffee, and people watch by the Danube river!”

WHO: SONAM SHAH – HEAD OF BUYING, CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

WHERE: HONG KONG

Sonam Shah

Travelling alone is wonderful experience peppered with personal growth and introspection. I love bustling cities and Hong Kong is synonymous with that; it’s also one of the safest cities for solo women travellers.

Home to manicured parks and open spaces, visiting one of many Zen gardens is on my to-do for sure!”

WHO: MALLIKA D’SYLVA – STYLIST

WHERE: BHUTAN

Mallika D’Sylva

I have been backpacking across India for years now, and the mountains have always been my go-to place! Bhutan was my first choice when I decided it was time to venture out of the country, as I would still be able to travel there via road.

There is so much I want to see and experience of Bhutan I wouldn’t know where to start. I would first take in all that beautiful mountain air and continue to explore the monasteries, the people, the festivals and the food. Trekking up to the beautiful Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) Monastery, visiting the Temple of Chimi Lhakhang, and drinking Ara (locally brewed rice wine) are some of the things I’d definitely like to experience!

The one catchphrase I use whenever I’m off backpacking is ‘the mountains are calling and I must go!

WHO: CHHABI MEHTA – MERCHANDISER, HOUSE AND HOME

WHERE: PRAGUE

Chhabi Mehta

The city is architecturally made up of beautiful Gothic structures and is home to a sea of music, art, and literature. Because of this, there are festivals that go on throughout the year that would be gorgeous to experience! Coupled with a thriving nightlife and local shopping markets, Prague is one destination I’d want to explore time and again!
