The Blush Bible - The Ultimate Colour Guide

I know, Blush sounds like the simplest, most generic beauty product on the market, but how many of you actually know how to use the damn stuff anyway? If you're like me, who had absolutely no idea how to use blush before researching for this post, keep reading because I'm about to drop some serious knowledge bombs.

Blush comes in a rainbow of gorgeous colours from peaches to roses, so how the f*ck do you know which colour to choose? Let me narrow it down for you.

Light (Warm) - A sheer, peachy shade is your best bet when it comes to blush. Try Too Faced Perfect Flush Blush in Sweetheart Blush Berry

Light (Cool) - Baby pink shades were designed to compliment your complexion. Try Bobbi Brown Blush in Pale Pink

Medium/Olive (Warm) - Corals and deeper peachy shades will pop on your tanned glow. I love NARS Blush in the shade Torrid

Medium/Olive (Cool) - Achieve the perfect look in a rosy or berry shade. Some of my favourites include the Love Flush Blush in Your Love is King from Too Faced.

Dark (Warm) - Go bold with a bright pink pop of colour on your cheeks. Give Ciate London's Blush Pop in Schmooze a shot!

Dark (Cool) - Contrast your cool skin with an orange or red blush. Urban Decay's Afterglow Blush in Bang will work wonders!
